A project born conceived together with the chef Massimilano Alajmo of the Le Calandre 3 michelin stars restaurant in Padova led us to the creation of a set of dishes that will be present in their new menu.

One of the peculiarities of Venice are its floors called "battuto veneziano",
born in ancient Greece and improved over the centuries by skilled Venetian master craftsmen, today it has become
one of the peculiar characteristics of the city.
This inspired us for the creation of the "Veneziana" glass dish, for the Michelin star restaurant Wisteria.
